Mike's Computer Shop (MCS) is a reseller of computers and their related components, peripherals and accessories. Our purchasing and merchandising team, has spent considerable time and energy determining product mix and assessing manufacturer products and offerings. While MCS does generally stand behind what is sold, we are not the manufacturer of these products and cannot make an ultimate or blanket guarantee that a given product or products will be suitable for a customer's needs, or be of an anticipated or perceived "quality". Subject to the terms and conditions contained below, MCS will undertake all reasonable steps to ensure that customers are treated fairly and within industry standards.
All online purchases returned must be pre-authorized via email (email@example.com) before being sent back to MCS. The customer is responsible for paying the costs of return shipping, plus any applicable insurance deemed necessary. Online purchase returns that are improperly shipped resulting in damage may be refused or subject to additional restocking and handling fees. Shipping products in the same package that they arrived in is always preferred. Before returning any item to MCS, the customer must acquire a valid RMA number from the MCS support team.
In the event that an item is defective or DOA (dead on arrival), MCS will provide the customer with a prepaid waybill to return the item to on of our locations. If the returned item is found not to be defective and in reasonable working order, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the final refund due to the customer. Once the returned defective or DOA item has been confirmed as defective or DOA, a replacement unit will be shipped to the customer, or if no replacement is available, the order will be refunded.,
Shipping Damage must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the shipment to be considered. If there is noticeable shipping damage on the outside of the box, please reject the shipment with the courier and do not accept the package.
Orders placed for in-store pickup are subject to each retail location's normal ordering time frame and are NOT included in our same-day shipment offer. Orders to a retail location are generally processed within 2-3 business days - though this is not guaranteed. A deposit may be required before parts will be ordered into a retail location. The customer will be contacted via email if a deposit is required for an order. Parts will be held or two weeks from the date of arrival in store. Failure to pickup ordered parts will result in the part(s) being returned back to the warehouse and all future pickup orders made by the customer will be rejected. Credit cards will not be charged at the time of ordering and is only taken as a form of identity verification and securitization for product. Payment must be presented upon pick up from the chosen MCS location, and is subject to the payment acceptance polices of the given retail location.
In the event that an item is listed on any MCS controlled website at an incorrect price, or with incorrect information, regardless of the reason, MCS reserves the right to refuse or cancel any online purchase for erroneously listed items. If payment has already been processed, MCS will immediately issue a refund of all charges processed.
All orders are subject to verification and approval by (MCS) and may be refused or limited for any reason, including but not limited to: product availability, errors in pricing, errors in product descriptions, or the inability to properly verify a payment. A binding agreement or commitment to provide products or services is not created until a payment received is reviewed and approved by MCS based on acceptability of the associated data. In the event that MCS is not able to verify payment data, the customer's offer of payment is deemed rejected and any form of binding relationship is nullified
