? Where will my order ship from?
Unless otherwise noted, we ship each item from the nearest warehouse to you that has available stock. This means you may see multiple shipments for your order, so each item ordered arrives at your door as quickly as possible!
Items over $300.00 may ship from one of our retail locations if stock is available.
? When will I get my order?
All orders are shipped via ground with major couriers. Delivery within the same province as the warehouse is typically made the next business day, though courier shipping times are outside of our control.
? How does my order ship?
Orders shipped from our warehouses ship via all major couriers - most often Purolator and UPS. Orders from our retails stores are most often shipped via Canada Post. You may specify a preferred courier when you checkout for an additional fee.
? Can I pickup my order from your warehouse?
No, our warehouses are secure facilities and do not allow customers to pick orders up.
? Can I pickup from your stores?
Yes, you can specify in-store pickup in our checkout. Your order will be transferred to with retail store of your choice and you will be contacted by the store when your order is ready for pickup.
? Do you offer Rush Shipping?
Yes! Rush shipping is available from many of our warehouses for an additional fee. Please contact our live help support team for rates and details.
? When will I get tracking info?
Tracking information is supplied to us by our warehouses, generally within 36 business hours and automatically emailed to you. If you do not receive tracking for your order within this time, please contact our support team!
? Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Under no circumstances are we able to deliver to a PO Box. A verifiable residential or business address is required for all orders.
? Where do you ship?
We will ship to any verified address in all Canadian Provinces and Territories.
? What if I'm not home?
For your protection and ours, all shipments require proof of delivery. If you are not available when the courier attempts delivery, they will leave notice advising where you can pick up your shipment.
? Can I add a shipping address?
Alternate shipping addresses can be added in the Alternate Addresses section of the ' My Account'
tab. Alternate addresses must
be on file with your credit card provider. Simply call the number on the back of your credit card to add an address.
? How much does shipping cost?
Orders totaling over $39.99 ship for free. Please see our Shipping
page for details. Orders totaling less than $39.99 ship for our flat rate of $7.99. If you request shipment via a specific courer, an additional fee is applied.
